REFUND POLICY

1. Digital Products Policy Due to the intangible nature of digital products (e-books, courses, software, downloadable templates), all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be “returned.” Therefore, Pollen Ventures Limited generally does not offer refunds.

2. Exceptions We acknowledge that technical issues can happen. We will offer a full refund or replacement only under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: You did not receive the download link within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Major Defects: The file is corrupt, damaged, or completely unusable, and our support team cannot fix the issue within 3 business days.

  • Misrepresentation: The product description was significantly different from the actual product.

3. How to Request a Refund To request a refund under the exceptions above:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase.

  2. Include your Order ID and a screenshot/description of the issue.

4. Chargebacks and M-Pesa Reversals Unjustified chargebacks, M-Pesa reversal requests, or disputes filed with your bank will result in an immediate ban from our store and reporting to relevant fraud prevention databases.
